Submit the request within 30 days of the order date.
Return only items that are unworn, unwashed and free from odours.
Keep the original packaging and product tags with every returned item.
For fit checks, try only one garment on over clean underwear and leave the others unopened.
If several garments arrived together in one sealed packet, return that complete packet.
A same-style exchange must change the size. A genuinely different style may use any available size, including the original size label. We do not offer same-size exchanges solely for another colour or patterned style.
Change-of-mind returns showing signs of wear, washing or odour cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
Australian exchanges include return and replacement postage. For refunds using our prepaid label, AUD $12.95 is deducted from the refund; statutory rights are not affected. Marketplace purchases must be returned through the marketplace where they were purchased.
