Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, normally the next business day if ordered before midday. We ship using Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway for deliveries in Australia. For international orders we use DHL eCommerice for all deliveries.

*Weekends and Public Holidays are not included as business days. Western Australia and Regional areas may take additional days for delivery, all parcel dispatch from Sydney.

As you're returning Underwear, we need to make sure the following points outlined below meet undergarment hygiene laws.

2. Not Washed ✅
3. In Original Packaging with Packaging Tamper Seals INTACT ✅
Each pair of underwear is individually sealed, if this packaging has been opened your underwear will be deemed worn and no refund will be given.
4. Within our 30 day exchange limit ✅
As long as the above conditions have been met, we will exchange / refund your order. If your return parcel fails these conditions, your order will be put on hold pending a return to your shipping address ❌
Our exchanges are free, however you need to pay for postage back to our warehouse, then also back out to your shipping address will be charged $7.95 if exchanging to another size/colour/style.

Exchanges: Payment for exchanging underwear over to cover return postage will be payable ($7.95), this payment should to be paid via the payment invoice emailed to you inbox.
Refunds: Incur restocking fees of 20% where applicable plus less any shipping costs paid.
To initiate a return we'll need to send a Return Request Form(RRF) for you to fill out, sign and date. Simply return the RRF with your order, its important this RRF is included in your parcel otherwise it will not be processed.
To send you a accurate RRF we need to know these details. Incorrect details on the RRF may slow your exchange / refund.

** If using the original postage satchel we sent you, remember to cover up any previous post marks, ticks, crosses, stickers or other identifying marks that could confuse the delivery back to our warehouse while in the postal system **
Shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer, this applies for exchange items as well.
Return shipping fees from our warehouse back to you is charged at between $7.95 and $15.95 depending on the weight of the parcel and where you reside.
Payment for the return shipping fee is paid via the invoice that is emailed to you.
Return stocking fee is 20% of the value of your purchase.
Money is returned only for faulty items where no stock is available to exchange the faulty item with.
If you aren't home for delivery normally the courier will leave a collection card in your letterbox advising where you can collect your parcel from. If its safe and your parcel is under 500g there will be a automatic Authority to Leave placed on your delivery. Parcels that arent collected within the time frame will be returned to our warehouse. Redelivery fees apply to have your item resent back out or normal restocking fees will apply if you want a refund minus any shipping fees.
Orders that are locally picked up need to be returned via yourself or by your own chosen courier service if you want a refund or exchange.
Order that aren't collected and returned to our warehouse attract a 20% restocking fee plus $10 return postage fee.
